An executive is someone with extraverted, observant. thinking, and judging traits. They are hardworking and pragmatic. They tend to place a very high value on rules, traditions, and securities. These people often follow their own sensible judgment and stabilize force among others.
Strength Of ESTJ:
Good at organizing:
Executives are capable and confident, and it is because of their commitment to truth and clear standards. They have no problem handling or distributing tasks and responsibilities to others fairly and objectively which makes them excellent administrators as they know how to organize things.
Reliable and patient:
Executives stand on their words, if they say they will do something, they will do it, making them responsible members of their communities, companies, and families. They work to demonstrate truthfulness and reliability, considering security and stability are very important.
Honest and straightforward:
Executives are people who follow rules and principles, they are people who trust facts far more than abstract ideas or opinions. They are direct with their statement and information. They love straightforward statements and return the same with that level of honesty.

Executives find it difficult to relax as, in order to maintain their dignity, they can make it difficult to cut loose and relax for the risk of looking the fool which can even mean during the fun.

Executives are very concerned with public opinion and take pride in the respect of their friends, community, or colleagues. They can be caught up in meeting the expectations of others that they may fail to address their own needs.
Rigid and stubborn:
Executives are so fixated on what works that they often dismiss what might work better. Everything is just an opinion until proven and they are hesitant to trust an opinion for long till it has been proven.
Close-minded:
Executives are strong followers of tradition and when suddenly asked to try some unexamined solutions they become uncomfortable and stressed.
Judgmental:
Executives believe in creating order and it usually extends to all things and everyone, ignoring the possibility that there are two right ways to get things done. They have a strong conviction about what is wrong and right or socially acceptable. They don't hesitate to take a step to set things right considering it as their duty.

People with these personality types lead by example, showing dedication and purposeful honesty and they reject laziness and cheating especially when it comes to working. Executives believe that working hard is an excellent way to build characters. Executives are assertive and people who are very concerned with making sure that things run smoothly and according to the rules. People with these personality types are committed to standards, laws, and traditions. People with these personality types are aware of their surroundings and live in a world of clear and verifiable facts. No matter what, the surety of their knowledge means that they will stick to their principles and may put forward the points of what is acceptable and what is not. Even the opinions of executives are not just empty talk as they are willing to dive into the most challenging projects, making sure that they improve action plans and store details along the way making even the most difficult task look easy and approachable. Executives have strong beliefs and possible sensible judgment. Executive types have an orthodox approach to life and that is why they can be seen as stubborn, rigid, and unyielding.
